The hands-on coaching experience.

We all have areas in our dentistry that we are weak at and want to improve.
This event is my brainchild, born out of my passion to help younger dentists overcome their usual difficulties with exo’s, pros and implants. After working with and employing many new grads, I discovered a pattern amongst all of them, that they all struggle with these things. It is a symptom of Dental Schools these days that no matter where you go, grads dont have these skills. It can take them years to get over these things.

I looked around and there was nothing that could do this for them. Sure, you could read all the books you want, but I find and have always found that the best way to learn is to model yourself against someone who is already succeeding at it. Even better, to have them teach you how to do it.

My goal is a 3-Day Intensive Hands-On experience with Leaders in each field, and demonstrators helping out with one aim: to raise the standards of all our students so that they can go back with knowledge, skill and confidence.

Be guided.
Be coached.
Be mentored.

Never has there been a 3-day conference just for recent graduates. Focussing on areas recent graduates need and want.

Never has there been an opportunity to receive personal hands-on training by experienced leaders
Boost your skills
Boost your confidence
Go back a better dentist

Rub shoulders with leaders in their field
Network with your peers
Build friendships
And above all else,
have a whole lot of fun!

“The best way to learn anything is to be coached by someone who is already doing it and succeeding at it. This conference links up some of the finest clinicians and recent graduates who are driven to excel at the highest level.”
